Why Angel Heart Home Care?
24 HOUR ON CALL SERVICE (NO ANSWERING SERVICES
OR MACHINES)
An Angel Heart staff member who knows our clients, family and
home situation will answer all calls 24 hours a day / 7 days a
week to address concerns and questions, and respond to any emergency
situation.
WEEKLY CALLS
Weekly calls by the Client Care Manager to the client and/or family
will be made. These calls help to be proactive to issues that
arise and provides an opportunity to discuss any changes in the
client’s condition.
MONTHLY SUPERVISORY VISITS
Monthly home visits will be made by the Client Care Manager. These
visits provide us with more opportunities to assure quality of
care for our clients.
PERSONAL INTRODUCTIONS
When a caregiver arrives at the client’s home for the first time,
they will always be accompanied by an Angel Heart staff member
to personally introduce them to the client and/or family. The
caregiver will be oriented to the home and care plan so they know
exactly what is needed and expected.
GUARANTEED SERVICE
We at Angel Heart guarantee that a caregiver will always be there
for your loved one. We always have a back-up plan should any unforeseen
situation arise.
AFFORDABILITY
Our rates are based on the level of care and are competitive within
this industry. The rate will be established at the time of the
initial free assessment. In addition, there are no weekly or monthly
commitments.
